1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SuperFlooring LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the superflooringllc.com website as well as any other media form, mobile website, or related services. By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Services & Estimates

We provide flooring contractor services, including hardwood installation, dustless refinishing, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and tile installation in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas.

• Free In-Home Estimates: Any cost estimates requested via our website form are preliminary. A final, binding quote requires an in-home inspection and exact measurements by our technicians.
• Validity: Written quotes provided after an in-home inspection are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Unforeseen Conditions: SuperFlooring LLC reserves the right to adjust project costs if unforeseen subfloor damage (e.g., water damage, structural rot) or pre-existing hazards are discovered after removing existing flooring.

3. User Representations

By using our Site and submitting a service request, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you own the property or have explicit authorization from the property owner to request contracting work; (3) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to honor all scheduled in-home estimates and installation dates. However, dates may be subject to change due to material availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen emergencies. If you need to cancel or reschedule an in-home estimate, we request at least 24 hours' notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. SuperFlooring LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Virginia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
