"To me, every project is personal. That’s why I make it a priority to pay attention to every detail and deliver every job with the same quality and care I would expect in my own home."
From the countryside of Minas Gerais, Brazil, to homes across Virginia, USA.
I’m Franz — a husband, father, and founder of SuperFlooring. Born and raised in the countryside of Minas Gerais, Brazil, I left my home country more than a decade ago and moved to Virginia, United States, carrying with me a dream: to build a better life through my own hard work.
Starting over in a new country wasn’t easy. I worked in different areas of the construction industry, faced many challenges, and along the way learned the true value of dedication, perseverance, and doing every job to the best of my ability.
That’s when I discovered my true passion: hardwood flooring.
I started by learning the trade, refining my skills, and gaining hands-on experience. Over time, I realized that this work means much more than simply installing or refinishing floors. It means transforming homes, bringing new life to spaces, and becoming part of the places where families build their own stories and pursue their dreams.
It was from this passion, combined with years of hard work and dedication, that SuperFlooring was born.
Today, I continue to be guided by the same values that have shaped our journey: transparency, partnership, commitment, and excellence.
To me, every project is personal. That’s why I make it a priority to pay attention to every detail and deliver every job with the same quality and care I would expect in my own home.
